When Mark Lawrenson comes on the radio or television, I turn it off. He thinks he is eloquent but he clearly doesn't understand the meaning of the long words he uses because he doesn't use them correctly and often doesn't make any sense at all. Mark Lawrenson's job is to talk but he has no speaking skills, he can't actually speak English very well and his grammar is terrible. He thinks he is funny but he is very unfunny and just a tired, mean-spirited old hack. He thinks he knows it all but he just states the blindingly obvious. Mark Lawrenson is a dinosaur from a bygone era who only got his job because he is friends with Alan Hansen. Mark Lawrenson is the most irritating man on television. Sack him BBC he's a brainless, nasty, moronic and very annoying fool.
