There is no specific law in the UK that makes cyberbulying illegal. I think this should be a law not Just in the UK but eerywhere but I have to start with where I am located.

In the UK cyberbullying can be considered a crime under the protection from harassment act and you can save any evidence and send to the police. But how about stopping it from happening in the first place? If people knew what they were doing was illegal maybe they would stop and consider the consequences.

Online you can hide behind false personas or make numerous different profiles and some people do this just to pick on others. Tumblr for example has an anon setting in which people can send anything they like without the reciever ever knowing who it is. The police should legally be allowed to track these people the second they send hate and take thier acounts from them.
