This petition is from the residents of 430, 444 and 470 Meshanticut Valley Parkway. We are contributing in this petition based on the laundry room situation in every building. For the past 3 months, these units are malfunctioning on a weekly basis, disturbing the ability to properly do ones laundry. We have requested numerous times that Picerne Investments address this issue, and it has not been dealt with. We have also placed numerous attempts to Mac Gray Corporation, whom also does not correct the situation. It is in your best interest to maintain a quality place to live. It is your responsibility to make sure all areas of this complex are maintained and in functional working order. Please address this issue immediately.
