This is ridiculous. Thanks for being brave enough to stand up against yet another poorly thought-out administrative decision.

This University needs to do better. Time and time again Princeton says that it values academic discourse and diversity. Yet time and time again, they fail to provide it's students with the courses and concentrations that would fulfill their mission of inclusivity and diversity. I wish you all the luck Arlene.

I, a biracial Indian and Peruvian student at Emory University, believes a Latinx Studies concentration is absolutely crucial. It affirms us that yes, we matter, and yes, we, as well as our ancestors, are important and cared for. Denial of this study is denial of our people and everything we're created from. Please create this at Princeton.

It's honestly horrendous that you cannot pursue your intellectual and academic passions in a university that prides itself in being one of the best in the world. Even worse, they can't even acknowledge their own failures and incompetency in being the reason there is a shortage of scholars and courses that could help you. Good luck Arlene!

It is important to expand the studies for students to be able to learn about the different cultures and traditions they will come apart of once they graduate. As a university , one of your main goals should be diversity. Especially knowing that the USA has become a diverse country and by limiting students to these studies you are limiting them to their success in the work field for their future.

For a university that claims to be one of the best academic institutions in the world, this is really disappointing. We should all be able to pursue our passions in college. Princeton can do better.
