Julian’s NY Hot Dog Truck would love to continue to serve our patrons on Bedford and/or Spring Street. The City of Stamford is receiving complaints from the restaurants in the surrounding areas. They are trying to either shutdown Bedford and Spring Street to all food trucks going forward OR conducting a lottery. Julian's NY Hot Dogs has always and will always respect fellow food establishments. We will not open our window until the food kitchens in these restaurants are closed and no longer serving food. Julian’s NY Hot Dog’s has been a reliable, loyal and fairly priced food truck serving the Stamford down town area for over 15 years. We have been there for you every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night. We ask that you please be there for us and sign this petition if you believe in us and our product. We love our patrons and appreciate all your business and want to continue to provide yummy food to all of you.

Thank you for your help!

The feedback from our patrons regarding the potential closure of our night service has been both encouraging and insightful. I have been in communication with city officials to advocate for a solution that preserves our presence on Bedford and Spring Street. We remain committed to our schedule and our standards of respect for neighboring business owners.

The level of support shown for this local business has been truly remarkable. Seeing this response confirms that our presence on Bedford and Spring Street remains deeply valued by this community.

These food trucks can only enhance the downtown nightlife and traffic. If Stamford is going to be the pedestrian friendly community attracting young people as it wants to be, fresh approaches like this must be considered.

Julians should be allowed to stay downtown. Competition and variety are what make the downtown nightlife what it is. Food trucks are a valuable option for people spending an evening downtown and should be allowed in our public spaces. Julians is a neighbor friendly, respectable business and should be treated as such by the City of Stamford.

Seems like food trucks downtown would be something the city would support as it could help people who make the wrong decision to drive stay off the road longer, get food in their system, and in the end may save a life in the process... who cares about that though right? Long ass the bars over serving people alcohol aren’t upset about it.

We need you to stay open, and it helps the safety of the patrons downtown to go get a bite to eat after the bars have closed down while they sober up or wait for their Uber. Keep up the good work.

Unreal that the restaurants complain when their kitchens are closed. This truck has been around for ages and should be allowed it’s rightful place downtown.

With younger crowds in Stamford it would be great to have food options open late in popular areas.
