Been a user for almost 10 years, used last.fm mostly to look at stats. The new layout does a terrible jot at this. Why fix what isn't broken!??

I've been here since 2007, I thought I'd never leave, I loved that site that much... and you RUINED it all. I hate everything about it. I feel like I lost the past 8,5 years of my life. I want out. I absolutely despise what you did to last.fm.

Some things don't need to change (that drastically) to remain great as they are. It seems this new layout was developed by people who don't have a clue about what last.fm experience is about for people who used the site on daily basis for years. To exchange the old neat and intelligible look for this semi-functional social media & ads hybrid was the worst decision ever. I don't care to know that Rihanna is the biggest thing on last.fm at the moment or to see those repugnant big-sized images instead of the regular smart icons. All I want to do is having accurate stats and share my listening experiences and habits with friends, not the big bright world out there. Overall, this is a design disaster of the decade.
