Upsetting all of your customers in one go seems like bad business to me -- changing back will restore faith.

I can't even access the full list of Similar Tracks, which now only shows a mere four songs. I might just be done with this site.

They've restored the ability to delete account... so I've taken the opportunity to delete it. They give seven days to change your mind. Nope... by hitting that button, I've given THEM seven days to change THEIR mind. Crap new website with no social interaction... or a mass exodus. No scrobbling by anyone until then. Boycott! Oh, and moderate this Last.FM - can't prevent non-sycophantic free speech on other people's websites like you ban it from the forums of your own, can you? Suck this up, CBS.

I've been using last.fm for over 10 years with nearly 180,000 scobbles. I have promoted it and been a subscriber. I wrote journals that were quoted in magazines, and concert reviews. I spent a lot of time helping make it a community. Now, these changes have taken away the community feel, clearly to make room for more advertising to roll, pop up, and flash; and increase revenue from a larger, non-fan base and those who click into the site without being a contributor. This is all part of the decline of culture and the isolation of the individual. Thanks CB$!

You've screwed up again on updating the site, which was perfect before. Why the change? It's so bad I may stop using the site after 10 years.

I've been a member since January, 2009. I won't scrobble a single song anymore, if last.fm won't bring back our beloved, old site. I've been a subscriber since many years, but I will cancel my subscription now. If last.fm won't fix this awful mess I will leave last.fm behind. I loved last.fm until July, 17, 2015 - the day they killed last.fm! :(

Not user friendly anymore. I like the old library interface better, the option where you can remove a track, the option where you can vote for the right spelling of the track to mention a few.

Most developers don't force beta testing designs on the whole general public; they use a team of beta testers, and don't take it OUT of that phase until it has gone from beta test version to fully developed production version. Why are you ignoring commonly accepted industry best practices?

This new design is pretty bad, its not like its just a few new changes and a new look, the whole thing is a disaster, reminds me of when myspace rapidly went down the crapper when they kept making changes for the worse, I fear the same fate for lastfm, very sad....

Apparently searching for music that isn't mainstream cannot be done on the new site.
No Genre tags?? Are you insane?
Most people use Lastfm for discovering new music, and you've stopped them from doing that.
