The layout is ridiculous (everything is way too big and there is way too much unused space), I can't edit my profile, I can't add artists without scrobbling, I can't remove scrobbles... It's either change back the original site and bring the new site later on, or have everyone stop their subscriptions. Are you idiots?

It's completely useless now! Just giant images, a giant banner with a horribly cut off artist picture.
They never listened to our feedback!! I'll miss lastfm, will look for a better userfriendly alternative.

I've been a longtime user (since the days prior to Last.FM, when it was just Audioscrobbler), but this new website is an absolute mess. Even beyond the fact that a lot of things don't work yet, it looks awful.

Whoever thought this new Last.FM was a good idea should be fired or need to stop doing drugs at work because either A) they're not qualified for their job or B) they're on some weird drugs that give the user bad ideas and the impulse to act on them or they can't handle whatever drugs they're on. Really, dude. Now, I ain't judging. Do whatever drugs you want. You're your own person but leave Last.FM out of your twisted, drug fueled bad idea world, man. For real.

We really need the older site. It was so much easier to use, the site looked neat, and there were a lot of features that have been taken away in the current one.
Last.fm released an incomplete edition of the site, and didn't let any of the users know ahead of time. The site is a complete disaster now. Hopefully they either revert to the old theme or make a LOT of improvements to the current one. I love this site, and I would hate to have to leave it or see it get ruined.

A member since 2006. All cosmetic changes in the past were not a big deal. This one is a different case. The functionality is completely changed and that takes the community away. Groups are missing, and there's some pact with Spotify as well. I guess this is what happens when you sell your creation to a money-hungry entertainment company like CBS.

First they destroy the site for no reason, and then they make fun of the users who are upset and angry about it. Go to Community Support and check out the parody that they did on the users of last.fm. These are the kind of cynical, clueless, arrogant, hard hearted, snot nosed brats that we have running last.fm. I signed this petition but I don't think it will do any good. Everyone needs to spread the word and get as many users as we can to demand the return of the old last.fm, or else we will delete our accounts. There is widespread dissatisfaction with this beta version. Again, go to Community Support and see. If we are going to be denied we might as well give them a good smack up beside the head and do as much damage as we can. In addition we need to spread the word about alternatives, for example Tomahawk/Hatchet, so there will be someplace to go that's a viable alternative. There is also the possibility of trying to find a way for the users to get together as a large group, and find folks who might help us establish something similar to the old last.fm. People with the technical ability and the money to do it exists. We just have to find them. If you think that these people are going to give us the old last.fm back, by asking them nicely, or by complaining a little bit, I'm afraid you are going to be disappointed. Demand it be changed back or else we leave in large numbers, and find, or build an alternative.

The new site is terrible; The HTML-5 "Modern"-based bullshit. I hate it.
I am unfortunately, and unwillingly, taking a hiatus from LAST.FM until this is resolved. The layout MUST be fixed to what it's always been. It's just terrible now. Some of the new features with viewing recent scrobbles, all time, removing artists from libraries if not scrobbled before - i dont so much mind all this. But THE LAYOUT TOO?!?! WHAT THE FUCK?! THAT just WON'T WORK.
IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR USERS, YOU NEED TO FIX THIS LAST.FM!!!
