Make the rules and statements less ambiguous. Also with the money people invest in this game it should be a human responding to issues. Not a automated or scripted reply. Responses should also be prompt, not 12+ hrs. 1-2 hrs maximum should be an acceptable time frame.

Ambiguous rules. No way to clearly identify what a zone's CP or Top 200 Commanders and their CP are. No clear warning transferring will lock a zone. No recourse / path to return to old server. Happy to take our money but won't resolve issues that will see players quit. Do better.
