I too have had the privilege of visiting this wonderful place. It does not charge anyone but if you would like to make a donation then you can. Grant Phillipo and all the other people involved in this endeavor is wonderful. He is a gracious host and designer of many of the beautiful works in the museum .
There are quite a few bathrooms and he will show you where they are.
This museum depicts what Vegas used to be like and it would be a shame to close its doors just because of one person's inability to see how important it is to the community.

This is absurd- I have been in the Museum.. It is a fabulous tribute to those who made Vegas the Fabulous Glamorous Tourist Attraction it has enjoyed being for 50 years-
It salutes All those who brought Real Glamour with CLASS ..to the Stage- and World Class Performance Athletes treated millions of delighted tourists to eye popping feats!!
This IS what made Vegas a class act ...and is an era that is gone and should be Respected...Not Forgotten!!

This museum is like a one of a kind diamond that you can't even imagine until you see it. The owners have lovingly cared for works of art that are important parts of the history of Las Vegas. This is priceless history! My husband and I live very close to the museum & couldn't ask for any better neighbors - ever!

We have visited the Museum a couple of times when we were in Las Vegas and what an utterly FABULOUS Museum it is ! The owner has done so much to bring the history of Las Vegas for viewing by all ! Such a shame that some idiot is not happy about it. Screw them !

As a former performer on the Las Vegas strip in three different shows and three different properties (all of which are gone now), this museum sheds a light on a part of Las Vegas history that will never come again. The importantance of preserving these important designs should be celebrated by the city of Las Vegas and the County of Clark. It is this history that has help make the city what it is today.

This is one of the finest museums in Las Vegas. To deny people from seeing this exhibit would be horrible. They have done such a spectacular with this museum.

I was a resident of Las Vegas for 28 years. This museum is part of the history and culture that was Las Vegas. To allow the false accusations of anonymous persons to close this worth while cultural and historical institution would be sad indeed. I whole heartedly support the efforts of this petition to allow the Las Vegas Showgirl museum to continue it's worthwhile mission.

I've been to the museum and there are no tickets sold to enjoy these treasures. No problem with crowds or parking. This home has many bathrooms that are available. This museum was the highlight of my trip to Las Vegas! It is a true treasure and of the highest quality.

The Las Vegas Show Girl Museum is one of the most fabulous collections of costumes, headpieces, backpacks. jewelry, photographs, etc. to give you just a glimpse of the spectacular history of live stage productions, as well as, television and movies. I think this collection and the knowledge of its curators are invaluable in the ability to share with the public where Vegas style entertainment originally came from and where it's headed! Awesome place that you wouldn't even know existed if you were just driving through the neighborhood! Mostly shared by word of mouth...

Grant Philipo's LAS VEGAS SHOWGIRL MUSEUM is a world unto itself. I came across Grant's collection through a personal friend and discovered a wild, wonderful, wacky trip of the senses. Song, music and dance becomes alive when you gently touch the costumes and listen to Grant wax rhapsodic to the stories of the costumes, of the unknowns and greats who wore them. It's easy to get lost in his home while your mind experiences the trip fantastic. AND his bathrooms are a trip to themselves. NEVER did GRANT ask for a door fee and no tickets were punched. Grant is a gracious host and once you find out how he self-funds his collection, it's easy to find that you want to help him fund his collection as I have with a small donation. No prompting given. Don't let a petty complaint derail Grant's collection!
