FIG, please realize that AA-medalists at the world championships are at least equal as individual event medalists! This rule has to be also for AA-medalists!!

If you do not let the best in the world compete, your medals are tin.
If a sprinter is top 3 in the world, but his relay team does not qualify, should he be left out of the 100-meter dash? Should a decathlete be left out of his event because a separate relay he is in didn't qualify? No. This is absurd.
This is against the Olympic code. It is about individuals being able to represent their country by giving everything they have. You are saying "Your country isn't good enough so you don't matter."
This is not football, and we don't want it to be. We don't want to see athletes go to the "highest bidder" team to form professional super teams. Why does FIG continuously make decisions to damage the sport and confuse supporters? Where is fairness? Where is competition? Who does FIG even care about?

Larisa ia an amazing AA gymnast and she did incredible in London in 2012. She totally deserves to be going to Rio this year. I think it's completely unfair that she isn't allowed to go. :(
