This is completely wrong. That dog was doing exactly what a dog is supposed to do. The cops need to be held responsible for their actions just like anyone else.
Ridiculous behavior from the police. They had zero reason to use deadly force on a pet that was just scared. Total power trip.

i am shaking after watching that video. absolutely heartbroken for the owner. justice for the poor dog!!!
