Do not change zoning to stuff condos where they do not belong.

As a homeowner in Lands End it's appalling that this is even a consideration by the city of Virginia Beach. I feel like we were lied to when we were asked to support the new Saltmarsh Park as NOWHERE in those plans were there new homes mentioned.

No Way! What is the environmental impact that this new construction will have! We can not go in and just rip land up that has not been studied for environmental issues. There are animals that live in those woods. I have seen deer back there. They have no right o to destroy their homes to make a profit! What does the National Park Service and the EPA say about this?! We should find out.

This is a brilliant plan to not fix flooding issues in this neighborhood and add more construction, traffic, congestion.

Overcrowded and flooding already a problem in Salt Marshpoint and Lands End Condo. We need stormdrainage fixed, not more construction to add to the problem.

I am totally against this! There is not enough room to build anything in that spot. Shame on the city of Virginia Beach for even thinking about allowing this to happen. There is better ways to get tax dollars.

The setbacks are in place for a reason - to protect the privacy and property rights of residents who own adjoining property. Rights of all landowners should be protected - not only the rights of new building.

Concerns: Construction would set precedent for future development Character of district would be degraded Overcrowding/parking concerns Limited access for Fire/Rescue/Police VA Code requires 20 ft wide roads for fire access- proposed road is 12.5 ft Buildings/facilities exceeding 30 ft require two roads for emergency access, only 1 road is proposed Flooding/drainage Resolution: Land to be zoned for Park Use only for City of Virginia Beach Or Land to be deeded to Lands Condominium Association as reparation for the care of the land for the past 30+ years

Too much traffic for Salt Marsh Point. Overcrowding and parking issues already.

No to new development. The 10 ft set back is for a reason. Also, there are traffic and drainage concerns as well as lowered quality of life for Lands End residents who enjoy the open space for dog park use. No, no, no. Please leave our open green areas alone.

I am very much against this development as it does set a precedent for future building

Why is the mindset to always fill up every open space? I say no leave the trees and the land.
