Government needs to remember if landlords can't collect there rent. How will they pay mortgage utilities taxes etc. Tenants do damage to property and landlords can't say anything to them. It's only one sided contract. There should be equal rights given to both parties.

I am fully support that landlords are suffering due unequal laws in Ontario.
