I hope we can get enough signatures to get him enshrined in the hall of fame.

He should have won 3 MVP's. He had better numbers then Fran Tarkington and Ken Stabler in the 70's.

Coy was a beast I remember him being a Great defensive pass rusher and equally a better run defender I got to meet Coy back in the 90's He was a very nice guy and Did alot with Kids and his church group. Before they counted sacks Coy was right up there with the best in the game as a Defensive End

I met Coy as a student athlete. He took great interest in my career and was a good man who wanted young people to learn from his mistakes.

Coy was one of the gentlest big guys I know.. I loved to hear him sing when he would come to the church I attended ... He came from a small Ohio town that once had a pro team many years ago ( Ironton Tanks) and set a record that stood the test of time before they started playing more and more games... To bad he didn't get to play when the money was good... He played when people played with heart and for the love of the game instead of the love of the money.. A true legend that needs to be recognized

He should have won three MVP's. 1974, 75 and 81. In 74 he was beat out by Stabler and he had a better year then stabler. 76 he did the same to Tarkenton. His numbers compare to sonny jurgensen who didnt win an MVP
