Please reject the rezoning for high density housing on Sports Ave. There is no need for this when there are many new construction homes & apartments in the area which are not full & the negative impact with traffic on Spring Rd as well as other issues such as school, emergency service, etc.

Cumberland Church needs to show that it cares for the welfare of this community; not just money. The apartment complex is a very bad idea for this location.

We do not need more apartments! The school is already crowded. and the traffic this area is already a problem.

Please reject the rezoning. We need a better plan for Spring road and public school, not just building more apartments for short term.

Smyrna does not need any new high-density housing, especially apartments. We need to focus on increasing our quality of life and decreasing traffic, not making both worse. This development would negatively impact both.

There are too many apartments and too many cars already. Al the schools are overcrowded already. Not good for Smyrna.

The current road configuration cannot accommodate the number of additional cars to morning or evening traffic without creating additional delays. Clearly Argyle cannot handle the additional enrollment.
