The Hi Tor Animal Care Center Shelter is seeking land to build a new modern, and safe animal shelter free of government ownership. Hi Tor is limited in obtaining grant funding if the building is located on government owned land. The undersigned agrees and request consideration for surplus land devoted to a new shelter.
