It was a Godsend for lonely parents. We've made some lasting relationships thru the Playcentre. It will always have a place in my heart. Don't close it. Parents and kids need it.

Lammas Park Play Centre is the best part of living in Northfields. I have two small children and we visit almost daily. They love the facilities and I love chatting to other parents and careers there. We have made so many great friends from going there.

This place can't close. its legendary. I used it as a child over 30 years ago and loved it back then. I is it up to 3 times and week now with my toddler and baby. They love it too. We can't walk past there without stopping by. its always busy. even on and rainy day I sets the perfect place for the kids to be.

Lammas Park play centre is treasured by the local community and its closure would deprive a huge number of preschool children of the chance to play,learn and socialise. The centre not only provides a safe and warm indoor area (including toilets) on a cold or wet day,it also has a wonderful outside sandpit and garden.

Could we look to run the play centre in a similar style to the Pitshanger play centre? The closure of this service can't happen. It is too valuable to our children.
