I support this petition for a liquor licence. I fail to understand why an upscale restaurant in a tourist area would be denied a licence.

I believe this restaurant would be an asset to all of Collingwood. Support the tourism and hospitality sector and employ more local residents.

Alcohol is a must as most revenue is generated with it in restaurants.

Given Collingwood prides itself on it's beautiful Georgian Bay, it is well past time that there be a restaurant on the waterfront! I see no reason that the Livingwater Resort & Spa's new restaurant Lakeside Seafood & Grill should not have a liquor licence, and happily sign this petition.

This is a very well established and competent company that will serve the community and its visitors well. I would endorse this licence.

As a recurrent visitor to Collingwood I am convinced that a waterfront restaurant like the one Livingwater Resort & Spa pretends to open will be an added benefit for the town and surrounded area by bringing more returning pleased visitors as well as providing a new and different lakeside Restaurant & Grill for all residents and neighbours. Being able to enjoy a glass of wine or spirit is a must in this kind of establishments, so I hope they will soon get the permits or license they need so we all will be able to enjoy such a convenient Restaurant.

It gives a place on the waterfront to enjoy a glass of wine with food

Sounds like an upscale restaurant that would be a jewel in the crown of the town we call Collingwood! Can't wait to sit down, enjoy a nice meal, and sip a spirit or two!
