Any person with a canine companion knows that dogs are emotional creatures. And while walks on leash help a dog and its human get some exercise, being off-leash, socializing with other dogs, and the human-to-human companionship improves dog and human interactions. 

I believe that a dog park at El Dorado Lakes, would substantially improve our community for dog people and everyone else. Dogs (and their humans) that are well socialized are friendlier, better behaved and healthier!

Dog parks offer many benefits:

3. Provide a place for dog owners and their dogs to socialize

And plus they are incredibly FUN!
