105B N Rubicon 105B. We use our unit as a rental unit throughout the year. If this were to pass, we would consider not living in Lake Village.

I am in favor of the removal election of board members due to the current elected officials not listening to the majority voice of the community.

I am the owner of 5 condos in the village along with my brother. We have owned in the village for almost 30 years. Yes, we must put a stop to the abuse of power of board members who ignore the community at large in order to forward their own agenda.

We wish to vote for this petition as we want to continue short term rentals of our Unit 92A

Why would a board members vote against members/owners wishes?

I have been an owner since 2005 and rent my unit as a vacation rental since 2006. I have used Tahoe Lodging Co. to manage my unit and have never had a problem with my tenants.

We own units 136 and 216 for Craig Kirkland and Diana Bulac Kirkland....we are signing this based on our understanding that the board is not supporting short term rentals, and to that end we want a board that will support the Financial interests of owners and not distablize prices and future value.

I have five units in Lake Village.
