I have a disability that prevents me from walking more than a short distance. I frequently encounter a situation where all handicap parking spaces are taken when I attempt to pick up my mail.

I would add that street shoes on a pool deck creates an unsanitary environment. Any events held should require attendees to enter the lodge through the main entrance on the front of the building and not enter by way of the pool deck.

I agree that there has been massive issues of the Lake timber Lodge. Children under 12 in the pool unsupervised. Using large water, guns, water, fights, yelling, and screamingtaking up most of the pool, so others can’t use it! Children under 12 jumping the fence late at night, letting others in, riding their motorized vehicles around the pool deck, like it was their personal playground! Being used for church services, the parking is insane! There were at least 150 to 200 people there on Easter Sunday for church. The parking made a loop on the street. I’ll wait from Lake timber down and back to the lodge. Rude people parking on the grass, standing around with glass bottles of beer. The place is basically unsupervised, and when you call security, they tell you they can’t do anything. I am paying my HOA dues to use this beautiful venue, and others aren’t following the rules and not taking care of it. Lots of abuse! Things need to change!

I’m happy to see that someone is taking action, but I think it will take a lawsuit to get any action. I will support that as well.

I agree with Douglass Pollard. The parking in front of the mailboxes should be for 5minutes only. Allow 2 spaces for resident's collecting mail & any mail deliveries.

Very unfortunate situation, not at all what we expected. Respectfully, please restore the peace for our neighbors.

In as much as we love Babcock Ranch and wouldn't want to live anywhere else, this has become a serious problem and needs to be addressed asap.
