Our Equestrian Center and arena has several issues that need to be addressed in order to facilitate the highest and best use for the community. We ask that you address two of them as soon as possible because these issues are of a nature that will deteriorate quickly making use of the facility difficult if not impossible.

First and foremost is the footing. It was initially done incorrectly and requests by members of the equestrian committee have gone unanswered.

Secondly, the arena gates were installed incorrectly when the arena was assembled. Requests made by the committee were answered with incorrect fixes resulting in ruined gates.

We, the undersigned horse property owners of LRE are circumventing the equestrian committee and presenting this petition directly to the LRE board of directors knowing that the board ultimately makes the decisions. We ask that you take steps to rectify these issues as soon as possible in order to facilitate usage of the equestrian center to its highest and best use for the community.
