We, the undersigned residents of Lake Mist Subdivision , in Cobb County, believe the ordinance restrictiong the number of unrelated persons living in a single residence to be fair in its intent and application. We further believe that the ordinance, as written, enhances the safety of all Cobb residents and is instrumental in the preservation of the community's property values. With this in mind, we respectfully ask that the zoning commission deny petition LUP-28.
