We look forward to the continued growth of the LFRC squash program! Removing the varnish will be fantastic for both the safety and improved performance of the squash players!

As a Lake Forest resident, I hope the LFRC will address the varnsh issue and designate the 3rd court as an official squash court. I do not know anyone in Lake Forest who still plays racquet ball. On the hand, I cannot count the growing number of squash players in the community. We would all appreciate a proper squash facility at the LFRC.

This would improve the program and take it to new heights. With four schools in the area already using the courts the varnish removal will only catapult the growth of the sport at LFRC. As a pro, safety is first and these courts are currently a liability to all racquet players.

As a player I find that the courts are very slippery costing me many points

I have been a member of Lakeforest Squash for several years now and use the squash corts on a regular basis. I whole heartedly support this petition.

Safety is very important. As a former collegiate racquetball player, I'd be happy to have more traction on a court.

As the seasons change the court changes. When wet it is slippery. In the winter when there is very low humidity it is also slippery.

just a few drops of water on a varnished floor creates a hazard for players. like ice. I'm all for sanding.
