I strongly agree!!! it just shows everyone how union county helps the community and victims. it's really sad that it seems to me that it's really sad about how much they care about their pay checks then the community .

Its disgusting that you would defend someone like this we all have a right to not have him live where he is we all have kids and he was already walking through the park I thought sex offenders where not allow near CHILDREN and parks INCLUDING daycare's! !!! THEY Wouldn't allow him to go back to his mothers!! WHY because its next to a community center! No that's wrong! We don't want him near where our children go to daycare or play!

People like this, especially at his age (even when the crimes occured) have severe mental disorders, and are usually likely to have the desire to do it again. The simple fact is, his charges are cruel, and disgusting. It's not statutory rape, these are ALL first degree charges. Go ahead and allow your children to play with him in the park, but don't go crying to anyone when he assaults them. You're an idiot for supporting him.

you really have the nerve to say what he did to her might hurt!!!!! Of course it does he raped her,this isn't one of those cases where it was consensual she didn't want it to happen to her. She wasn't asking to have sex with him....have you ever been raped? Have you ever had someone take something important from you that you weren't willing to give, have you ever have some take away your dignity. Or the fact that when something like that happens you can't forget it replays over and over again when your awake when you sleep it doesn't go away. How can you defend someone who did this to a girl he ruined his own life when he decided to rape a girl

Parents and children should be able to feel safe when the are playing outside and when they are going to and from school. This can't happen when the authorities allow a sex offender in such close proximity to schools, bus stops and play grounds.

The probation and parole office in Lagrande needs to be investigated. This is not the first time they have allowed dangerous people around children,ect
