This petition is to remove Carla Garcia as community manager and / or CCMC Management Company from the La Estancia community. We feel that this is necessary due to her/their actions such as failing to enforce certain covenants (ex: garage and driveway parking), limiting access to facilities and amenities paid for with homeowner dues (ex. locking electrical outlets at the community park, locking restrooms within the keycard access area of the pool complex, etc.), repeated inability to address issues with subcontractors (ex: constantly broken splash pad, poorly maintained landscaping in common areas, etc.), removing homeowners who have voiced concerns from email communications and numerous others failures to provide the enjoyable living experience we expect when paying our dues.
