The registry staff have helped me find where I should be, confirm what I needed to do for placements and what paper work needed to be done. They were a friendly face when I started at Hawkshead. And no computer system or app could replace them, when you want confirmation you doing want a computer to confirm it. Tutors cannot replace them either, as they already have many responsibilities.

Registry has bent over backwards for me on multiple occasions. They go above and beyond the call of duty to help us schedule and fulfil EMS, always have the answer or can point us in the right direction for any queries about our course, and basically know everything there is to know about the RVC. They are an invaluable part of RVC and truly care for the students - we appreciate them immensely!!

Without the registry I would have had to leave in 3rd year, they are a credit to the university and manage to do an amazing job while having to find information that is hidden in the system.

The registry team have been so supportive of me, particularly in the past year when several difficult personal events meant I had to cancel a placement and also get an extension on my RP2. They truly have made a horrendous year bareable for me and looked after me, my poorly housemate and always ask me how my family is. Without them, I am unsure as to who students could quickly and reliably turn to for help!
