I'm the mother of 6, grandmother of 2. I'm also a registered nurse, childbirth educator and lactation counselor. Absolutely, there should be a place for a woman to pump or breastfeed privately. (Yes, women have the right to breastfeed in public)

It shouldn’t take a petition to illustrate how important it is for nursing mothers to have a private, safe place to breastfeed/pump. Clearly a dude move.

Feeding a baby is part of having a baby. However a mother does it should be respected.

I’m not a mom, but completely support this. This sort of thing should be as common as a public restroom. I don’t care if a mom breastfeeds in public, but they should have the option to also be able to do this in peace and quiet for their sake and their baby’s. Awesome job Indeed!

I am not a mother and never will be but I do believe that it is important to have a place where a woman can feel calm, comfortable, and relaxed where she can feed her baby!

I spent 15 minutes during the last Art-A-Whirl standing next to the sink and staring back at all the women standing in the line out the open door of the women's room. I was pumping. I very much support something with a little more dignity.

I am a working, breastfeeding mom, and the lactation room at my workplace has helped me keep my little one breastfeed for 7 months and counting! Every mom should have access to a lactation room.
No brainer. The space is already available.
