Timeous feedback on assignments desperately required to facilitate progress with direction.

Feedbacks are given late and the templates which we must use, have repeatative requirements which is confusing. A generic feedback was given for the proposal which didn't help because we were still in the dark about our individual projects. Moving forward we will need individual feedbacks because they will be more specific to the individual needs or requirements

An upgrade is still a project.... We work in existing and running plants..
If there is an opportunity to make things better than what they are in a running plant, a project proposal is formulated just like any project practitioner/manager would for a new one.
I have personally undertaken an upgrade of a DC Furnace.... How this would be disqualified is beyond me and totally atrocious...

It is very unfair for the university to reject the upgrade, commissioning and refurbishment projects after 2 assignments were submitted. Worse of all this was not shared on the tutorial letter, that is the best communication for preparations of learners and lectures. We would like the commission to be regarded ad as Projects. It is highly impossible and unfair to start a new project now in June considering that the final will be due in few months.
