When I was a young girl born in Illinois, I started out in a program by the name birth to three instead of being placed in kindergarten at age five like like other children were. I lived in Illinois till I was nine years old then we moved to Florida and I started out in special ed classes there. When I started getting older the school system stuck all of the special needs children in a classroom away from other kids because they felt that we were not able to learn anything, we more less received a free pass through school and was not taught anything. Now that I want to go to college and graduate with a degree in Liberal studies I am not able to achieve my dream right now because of the lack of teaching caused by the various board of education's, please sign this petition if you agree that everyone with special needs deserves a chance of a higher Education Thank you.
