I don't agree with the proposals from the Trans movement, especially to the detriment of women's rights.

Working in a frontline social care role really brings home the terrible levels of violence and inequality that women in the UK continue to struggle under, You have a responsibility and moral duty to listen to women and to have the courage to join us in our struggle. We are not going to give up and role over, this fight is not going away quietly. We Vote you into power so that you will represent us yet we are constantly ignored and our needs belittled, PLEASE STEP UP!

If Labour leadership are willing to discard women's and gay people's hard-won rights, then expel me too.

I fully support the Labour Women's Declaration. Further to that, I assert that gender dysmorphia is a subjective belief that can have no bearing on the reality of a person's sex, and if gender is to be dissociated from the sex of a person, (considered as potentially seperate from a person's observed and recorded biological sex), then no laws or conditions, entitlements or recognitions pertaining to a persons gender can be made to be equivalent to those given to a person on the basis of a person's sex. It should also be categorically stated that it is impossible for any person to change their biological sex. I further add that the application of chemical and surgical procedures to minors to effect what is miscategorised as a 'sex-change' is a gross violation of the human person and the abhorrence of the phenomenon earns it a place beside fgm, forced organ removal, forced abortions, post-birth infanticide, eugenics and medical experimentation on human beings, as a Crime against Humanity .

I am shocked by the way some in the LP are willing to erode or ignore sex-based exemptions and protections. They exist for good reason and to be having to justify them in 2020 and in the LP of all organisations is horrific. Sections of the LP are so out of touch with the public on this issue that they have stopped listening. Sex-based protections must be retained for the safety and fairness of women and girls.

Should Starmer choose to endorse the sinister lunacy co-signed by RLB et al in the last 48 hours, this lifelong Labour voter will be forced to look elsewhere. LDs and Greens have already jumped into the abyss so it's abstention or the T*ries. I apologise to my forefathers for even entertaining the thought, but really, look at the bloody state of it.

As a gay man I will wear my expulsion like a badge of honour as I stand with women in defence against the misoginism that runs to the core of the incoherent and harmful abstract socially constructed gender identity. I also push back at the homophobia that seeks to reframe same sex sexual orientations away from biological presentation and into the etherial ill defined abstract of how someone else feels. I firmly say no to Trans rights that are predicated through the destruction of the rights of others.

I hope I’m not transphobic and I try to support all groups that are marginalised and discriminated against. However, women are not a Minority and their issues particularly around safe places should not be put at risk by people who can ‘identify’ as women.

Women's sex-based rights and protections must be upheld.
And the struggle to end patriarchy continues...
