Women’s rights in the equality act must not be compromised by men

I support any move to stand up to bullies in this controversy.

Ir's high time Labour stopped throwing women, gays, lesbians and Feminist organisations under the bus for the trans lobby. Being FOR WOMEN does not equal "transphobia".

It’s not transphobic to be critical of the Trans movement.

Find out what women want before trying to Erode our rights.

I am a LB member who is extremely concerned about the direction the party is going in regarding women’s sex based rights.

I feel very strongly on this issue of protecting the rights of woman.

Recognise needs and safety of both groups not just T and it all needs to thought through. I am not frightened of trans women but women should be represented by people that have lived with anti female discrimination from birth ... un less women in a particular area all agree transwoman is best person for job ...women should be represented by those who have suffered anti female discrimination all their lifes .... I also think the toilet issue is more complex ... gender neutral toilets in pubs and isolated places like bus stations at night place women at danger from straight men ... it all needs more thought ...

This is one of the most important issues facing women and girls in our society.

Solidarity with the Labour Women's Declaration against this attack on Women's Rights by corporate and misogynistic backers.

The aim must be to ensure everyone is respected and has their needs met.

Sex matters.

Concerned past (and hopefully future) Labour voter. Women's rights need to be respected, and anyone who uses the notion of trans rights to attack women's protections is ultimately neither a friend of women or trans people.

It's absurd to expel people for defending women's rights.

Nearly 50 years membership & close to resigning. TW welcome most places, all if fully transitioned but no men’s bodies in women’s safe spaces.

Chester CLP As Lisa Nandy and Rebecca Long Bailey have signed the 12 point pledge card in favour of the labour campaign for trans rights I have no choice but to vote for Keir Starmer as he seems to understand more about women’s rights than they do.

Self ID harms everyone. If Starmer rescinds his pledge for self-ID and promises instead to strengthen women's and children's rights, I'll vote for Starmer. Otherwise I'll vote for no candidate.
