Defining sex as bilogical sex in law is vwry important and would help clarify confusion about single sex spaces which is curently very unclear in same cases like fitness and yoga classes for women only, sport centre changing rooms, public toilets, women's prisons and women's sports. This is one major reason why I may not vote for Labour parry this time - their srande on this issue is not clear and undermines all the rights women fought for and won for centuries. Sex can not be changed and only a very small number of people who have genitals of both sexes are anomaly like being born with 6 fingers

It is extremely disappointing that aside from the Tories, none of the other major parties support women's sex based rights. I worry about the Labour party as well, so feel the Labour Women's Declaration is to be strongly supported

My local Labour candidate is Gregor Poynton. I have contacted him to ask his opinion on the definition of a woman, gender self ID, and the rights and safety of biological women and girls, but have disappointingly had no response.

I cannot forgive the labour party under keir starmer for its treatment of women and disregard for womens rights including those of female labour mps and therefore will sadly not be voting labour at next election.

Labour only seems to support "women's rights" when they benefit men like like abortion, sex work and contraception but fall short when it comes to protecting women from men in exclusive women spaces, trans women in lesbian dating and men in women sports.

I work for NHS England. The erasure of ‘women’ in the language used in policies and guidance and the routine conflation of ‘sex’ and ‘gender’ are already harming health - particularly of people with lower literacy, English as a second language, young people and those who have suffered sexual violence. There are safeguarding risks, being ignored.
It is also fuelling misunderstanding in school age children and is detrimental to same-sex attracted people (in spite of the LGBTQIA+ umbrella).

I would like to see a demand for children in schools to be given single sex toilets, as should be their right, with facilities appropriate for their needs. I am a retired teacher. Girls need protection in today’s society, even more than adult women.

If Labour don't get this sorted I'm off to the other side. I won't support a party that acts against >50% of the population in order to stubbornly pursue an ideology that flies in the face of science. These people can't be trusted.
