This is a petition to start labeling all street gangs nationwide as domestic terrorist, the definition of a terrorist 1. a person usually a member of a group who uses or advocates terrorism, 2. a person who terrorizes or frightens others 3.pertaining to or characterisitic of terrorism or terrorist tactics now street gangs actively intimidate witnesses to their crimes to keep them quiet, make people worry about them breaking into their house and killing and raping their whole family don't they? well isn't that creating terror in society? if the U.S goverment used the same techniques against street gang members as they do terrorist in the middle east, then robberys,rape, drug dealing, and gun violence would probally all go down, if you care about you communities and your serious about stopping gun and inner city violence please sign this petition, thanks for your time
