Valve finally listened and confirmed the free weekend for the anniversary. I am stunned that after all this time they actually decided to respect the players. Get ready to flood the servers and show them that this game is still very much alive.

Hello guys, on the 17th of November is the 15th anniversary of our beloved multiplayer zombie game and i was thinking, could we try to contact valve one more time? This is a perfect opportunity and a great occasion to celebrate L4D2 with a free weekend beacuse it's been 15 years since the release of this masterpiece and the anniversary will be on a sunday too. So a free weekend could be on 16th and 17th of november. I'm going to write an email to valve soon with a request regarding that case. I think this is our last stand and the best moment to do it. I don't know if there ever will be a free weekend again in the future. I don't know if this idea will work, but we can atleast try. We need to collect as many signatures as we can! Stay tuned and don't lose hope, we can do it!
