In the Glory Days update NCSoft changed the way how the Seal of Shilien Altar-instance opens up. Since the Glory Days patch every server has to have over 150 people participating in a campaign in order to open it. Sadly, nobody does campaigns because they never succeed and the rewards are not worth it. Also, the massive PvP and lags created due many people in the newbie towns screws up campaign progression. At this moment in Korea and Taiwan there is a petition going to change back this to pre-Glory Days. In order to supply the game of level 95 Soul Crystals to make Special Ability on R95 weapons. On all NCWest servers it's impossible to find R95 Crystals for Special Ability because there are none due to closed instance. The goal of the petition: Get NCSoft to rollback this part of the game to Tauti ways and randomly open the Altar and not by winning the campaign.
