With the announcement of Kylie Minogue's "Les Folies Tour" in North America, many fans and spectators were disappointed to see popular cities Chicago, IL and Toronto, ON skipped on the tour. The community feels that Mingoue (who had a successful turnout with her last tour in these cities) should return due to "poplar demand". This petition is a notice to Kylie Minogue, EMI Music and Bill Silva Entertainment to bring the Les Folies Tour to Chicago and Toronto (or a reasonable metropolitan area).
