We, the undersigned, call upon both the Cardiff and Vale NHS Trust and the National Assembly for Wales to recognise and deliver services for the rehabilitation of brain injured children. There is currently no facility in Wales or anywhere in the South West of England to provide this vital service. Despite there being a purpose built children’s hospital being built in Cardiff, there is still no provision included in its design.

it is shocking that families have to travel so far for care. cardiff needs this facility now if they want to call it a proper children's hospital.
ridiculous that this was left out of the design. fix it.
My nephew had to go all the way to surrey for rehab. The stress on his parents was unbelievable. Wales deserves better than this.
About time. Every hospital should have this as standard. Why is wales always left behind?
Please make this happen for the kids. So many families are struggling without any local support and it breaks my heart.
