In the wake of Belgium's increase of Corona Virus cases, we have a suggestion for KU Leuven University. The suggestion is to move classes online, as Universities in the United States have done, and allow the the students to study in the safety of their homes. This is a mere suggestion, and I hope that you find as a possible solution to contain the spreading of the Virus in Belgium. Also, thank you for your diligent communication, research, and treatment responses to Coronavirus cases. We wish you all of the best.

I started this because I was worried about my peers and I honestly did not imagine so many of you would feel the exact same way. Reading your stories about needing a safer way to learn has moved me deeply and shown me that this really belongs to all of you now.

Being proactive is much better than being reactive. Unfortunately, Europe has been the latter. Ku Leuven needs to step up and be an example.
I am sure technology would allow us to avoid contact for a couple weeks, without compromising our overall education
I would request to turn the classes online as it is very unsafe for me to travel everyday from Sint-Truiden to Leuven by train where the probability of mine catching this virus is very high
Online classes would help our community stay safe - especially in leuven that has such a high at-risk population.
Corona is super contagious, let's move on to cut down the spreading among one of the most dangerous space, that is, the airtight classroom.
Health is our first concern!

As an Erasmus Student, I'd be especially saddened to miss the opportunity to learn here. Doing the courses online while there's no save option for meetings would be a great help.
