This petition is to get Salt Lake International airport to reopen the observation area that was closed since the tragic attacks on September 11th, 2001. We as aviation enthusiast aren't terrorists. We enjoy watching and photographing airplane as the come and go from this magnificent airport. Many of us grew up going to this small parking lot and enjoyed it very much. Plane spotting is not a crime. We are tired of getting harassed by airport security for enjoying aviation. We abide by the rules and just want a designated place to enjoy our hobby.
