I've been a fan of KSHE since 1979 when I actually listened to what my older brother was jamming to.

Listen, clear channel has crapped all over most radio but my uncle introduced me to rock and roll and KSHE and it's history as longest running rock station deserves recognition. Sweet Meat In the HALL!

I'm 59 years old and I've listened to KSHE since it first went on the air. I was just 9 years old when I first heard real rock radio. I couldn't help wondering how a rock station could be "Under St. Louis". Keep on rockin!

Lern, You keep driving hard for your dreams. Just a chip off you mom's shoulder. Met you when you were a teenager at one of QC parties at your house.

K-SHE is a rock & roll institution. There's no radio station quite like it, with its rich history and consistent popularity. SweetMeat alone deserves an entry in the Hall.

I saved my allowance and bought an FM radio--a luxury--when I was a kid just to listen to KSHE. I proudly wore a SweetMeat t-shirt when I went to college at the University of Illinois to demonstrate my love and loyalty. It was fun to connect with the many people who recognized it. KSHE was the only radio station we listened to at work. It was omnipresent and deeply appreciated by my generation.
