Let me tell you a little story about KSHE. Before KSHE, I would have to stay up late to hear Beaker Street at midnight to hear some good Rock & Roll. Then KSHE hit the airwaves in the late 60's and started playing early Zepplin, Floyd and King Crimson, amongst others. They also gave bands like REO, James Gang, Humble Pie, Fog Hat and Mountain some airtime. But, I really knew that KSHE was different than any other station, when they would not cut songs off early. This was especially evident when they allowed the final piano crescendo notes fade off into silence on the Beatles "A Day In The Life." No FM station did that except KSHE and that is the pinnacle standard of a fantastic Rock station that deserves to be in the Hall of Fame.

Please add Kshe to this special event. We will celebrate 50 years of rock and rock in the midwes!!! Most of us grew up on Kshe. They deserve to be recognized!
