Dear HH,
Request that you lock Alliances during Bounty Events preventing teams from rotating in shooters. This will level the playing field for the alliances that follow the intent of 25 people. Please lock Bounty Events as you do in Alliance Wars. Thank you, KSB is awsome, rock on HH.
