I, the undersigned resident of the great Commonwealth of Kentucky, petition the Kentucky House of Representatives to fully support HB 350 (SB112). This bill will provide equal and fair access to physical and occupational therapy services for your constituents by controlling burdensome and ever increasing copayments, coinsurances and deductibles for mandated medical services. HB350 will promote patient-centered care with decisions being made by the patient and physical therapy and occupational therapy practitioners, not the insurance companies due to their oppressive financial burdens. Early therapy intervention is safe, effective and much less expensive than unnecessary advanced care. Again, I support HB 350 (SB 112) to help ensure Kentuckians receive the therapy services they need at a price they can afford. Fair co-pays equal better results. Please join me in support of HB 350.
