How nicely it has been brought out in this Petition that the KPME Act is illegal.
This Petition is legally viable. KMPE and CPA Acts should be abolished for Doctors, since, Medical Professionals cannot act under threat.

Now forces of free and fair competition are ruling the charges and benefits of this is given to patients. Many rules are made this will dissuade new doctors to serve India. So again they will start going abroad to serve in foreign countries GREAT LOSS TO INDIA AND INDIANS. THEY ARE GOING TO SETTLE ABROAD
