It serves only to increase corruption and totally destroy the delicate patient Doctor relationship If at all govt has concerns for people they can improve govt hospital so there is no question of any exploitation by pvt docters. It appears govt is trying to hide its failure in state run hospitals and divert and mislead public

Absolute violation of fundamental rights. Why not cap fees of all the lawyers many of whom are politicians, the Ambanis, Premji, Tatas etc... They find only doctors as weak targets.
