Unlawful interception by the state government. This will lead to harrassment to Doctors and more corruption by the government officials. Absolutely of no benefit to common people. Let the government implement the same at their Hospitals

I support this petition because there cannot be differentiation as private or government healthcare for regulation which is wrong.

It's irrational. In future no doctor will be dare to treat serious patient . Like uk hiring doctors from India for emergency medicine, India may have to hire Doc 's from Pakistan & Bangladesh

I am against the KPMEA act. We are practising in a small place ILKAL town of Bagalkot district, we serve the rural people over there at a very low cost.

This is totally non sense, state government is not capable of giving quality healthcare at government hospitals and just to grab votes they are poking nose into private health sector. I am totally against it

Total withdrawal of KPMEA amendment

KPMEA brought earlier is illegal as per the Constitution of India. The amendment clauses to be brought are irrational, against the intrest of both public & doctors community. It brings the already fragile relationship between doctors & patients to the worst & litigations. If brought it is detrimental to private establishments forcing to close down which are catering more than 80% of healthcare of public. When there is no restrictions on lawyers, chartered accountants, engineers & other professionals, why target doctors only Amendments to be brought & already existing KPMEA should be rolled back to create a atmosphere for smooth functioning of healthcare industry to take care of public health.
