Government can help in developing health care infrastructure and enforce Kmc/mci to regulate in more stringent manner. This amendment is dreconian and completely going to disturb the doctor patient relationship and understanding required in treating and managing a patient. This amendment instead of improving the care is going to create fear complex in doctor while listening to patient and treating and allowing more and more unnecessary allegations and loopholes for antisocial to misuse our professionals and leads to increased harassment on hospitals . Long run going to badly affect the main stream of health Services

Unreasonable because we can't pay salary to the paramedic staff if we charge so less and unemployment will increase , so poor will become poorer

We are living in a democratic country, we are not your slaves, if you are concerned about general public s health, kindly improve government hospitals we won't oppose,. If you pass that bill, let's see what can we do as a medical professionals... Remember only in Karnataka you are in power, with interrupted health services this will be your last state of power....

This is a Draconian Bill and Act being thought by the Government ! Which is unscientific, baseless, illogical, stupid, harmful and irking the fundamental rights of a Doctor !!! And not seen anywhere in the world
