It is very important for Govt to give only guidelines about the charges for treatment in private hospitals and not impose and fix a rate as treatment is very complex due to many many medical problems

I strongly condemn and oppose this illegal and draconian law against the private medical establishments. This Law has to be stopped which if passed will shut down most of the clinics, nursing homes and small hospitals which are catering to the middle class and poor people in small towns and taluks. This law will further increase corruption in the government sector who have a greater say over the doctors and private hospitals. This law will give tools and motivation to the public to further assault the doctors whenever they feel. Down with this draconian law

This is not for the people. This is by the Government against private health care system. Shows Government's acceptance of its failure in providing quality care at affordable prices to the needy.
